Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel's location is beautiful, nestled in the mountains with lovely views, but my experience with the room and overall cleanliness was quite disappointing. While the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself fell far short of the advertised amenities. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was adequate, but the issues with the room really impacted my overall enjoyment of my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this inn tucked in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. The location is stunning, close to many attractions and with great views. My room was well-appointed and clean, however, the service was lacking as I was disappointed that my room wasn’t serviced during my stay. Additionally, the dining options were limited, especially the breakfast. Unfortunately, the price felt high for the value provided.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. The venue is charming and has a great outdoor dining area, but the service was quite lacking, and the experience was marred by some inconsistencies. I loved the beautiful views, but the portion sizes were small and the dining options felt limited. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some improvements.
During my stay, I encountered some highs and lows. The hotel exuded a charming, historical vibe, and the service was attentively executed. Unfortunately, my dining experience left much to be desired, as I was not informed that common areas would be unavailable during my visit. Additionally, a lack of basic amenities like soap was disappointing. However, the prices were quite reasonable for what I received, and the atmosphere was inviting.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at this resort. The room was clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning mountain views. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, making our experience even better. The only downside was the dining experience, which fell short during our Thanksgiving visit due to poor management. Overall, the beautiful location and great service made up for a few hiccups, and I would definitely return.
